Payment and Return Policy
Full payment is required prior to deliver of your purchase from BattArt. We require a 50% deposit before commencing work with payment in full on completion of the print work.
BattArt will accept cash on delivery for sales within the Brisbane metropolitan Area.
Should any canvases be considered faulty by the consumer, BattArt will provide a full refund or choice of replacement product. Damage caused by the consumer will not be replaced. Only products that are considered faulty by BattArt and not tampered with by the consumer will receive a full refund or replacement product.
Faulty products are to be reported within 7 days of delivery, and replacement or refund will be provided at no additional cost to the consumer.
